A fantastic Lincolnshire inspired menu of hot and cold food and drink will be on sale in the Catering  Court from Coningsby based Imp & Maker who source the finest products from the best makers in Britain and beyond.

No alcohol may be brought or consumed on the event site.

There is plenty of hotel and guest hotel accommodation located in the nearby towns of Woodhall Spa, Horncastle, Louth, and Boston.  See our Travel page for further information.

Yes, car parking is free at Flood & Water Live and we have plenty of spaces on grass available adjacent to the exhibition area.

We have specific parking for our disabled visitors. Please show your Blue Parking badge to any of the parking attendants and they will direct you to the nearest space. Please be aware that disabled parking is limited so please arrive early to ensure a space.

As an outdoor event on grass fields, we advise disabled visitors or visitors requiring assistance to contact us in advance so that the necessary provisions can be made.

No. Animals are prohibited on the event site and in all car parking areas excepting Assistance/Guide Dogs. No animals are to be left in parked vehicles for any reason.

Toilets are situated at various locations throughout the event site, including some facilities for disabled visitors.

Professional first aiders will be on the event site. If you need their assistance, please speak to the nearest steward who will be able to help you.

Indoor and tented areas including the exhibition marquee and toilets will be designated no smoking zones, as will the outdoor general catering area. Further restrictions may apply.

There are no cash machines onsite and we advise visitors to bring cash with them. The catering outlets may have facilities to take card payments subject to a minimum spend.

Yes children may attend the event, but should be supervised by their responsible adult at all times.

The event site is on grass fields and so the ground may be uneven in places. We request that visitors wear sturdy, suitable footwear. Flip-flips, high-heels and pumps are not appropriate and may cause injury.

Also bring raincoats and sun cream to allow for British summer weather.

The health and safety of our visitors and exhibitors is our priority and Flood & Water Live is committed to ensuring a safe environment for all. We shall be following Government legislation and guidelines in relation to Covid-19.

It is no longer mandatory for events to check the Covid status of attendees, however we recommend that people take a lateral flow test before they arrive, if they are able to do so.

Anyone testing positive for Covid-19 or displaying symptoms should not attend the event.

Sanitizer stations will be positioned in the registration area and around the site.

Measures will be implemented in accordance with the current advice and guidance from UK and local government and will be continually reviewed.
