UNISON is the UK’s largest union, representing staff who provide public services, employed in both the public and private sectors. UNISON represents members, negotiates and bargain on their behalf, campaigns for better working conditions and pay and for public services. UNISON East Midlands IDBs is the local branch which serves members that are employed by Internal Drainage Boards, mainly in and around Lincolnshire.
